I. Product overview
JDK-11-S intelligent flow control device is an important executive component in industrial automation process measurement and control. It is developed with high-performance embedded microprocessor technology and instrument control technology according to the advanced valve body structure at home and abroad. It has 4-20mA current, frequency and RS485 kinds of instrument signal intervention mode, which is convenient for matching with various flow meters.Adopting dot matrix liquid crystal to design Chinese menu, it is convenient to set the parameters of the instrument. The controller has single-line control and dual-line mother liquor ratio dual-function mode.Both electric and manual body operation modes are available. With 4-20mA current signal and RS485 digital signal output mode, it is convenient to realize the access of fieldbus network, system integration and remote setting and monitoring of flow controller.
The controller adopts innovative mechanical structure design, has dynamic balance, static self-locking function, adopts multi-stage sealing structure, adopts intelligent embedded microprocessor and closed-loop control strategy, and has high flow control accuracy and sensitive response.It has the function of fault detection and treatment, which ensures the safety and reliability of the system. The controller is widely used in automatic measurement and control of oilfield injection distribution, chemical industry, scientific research, industrial sewage treatment and so on.

II. Technical features
